Requirements
Must be a Wisconsin Resident.
Must be above 30 years of age.
Must have a proven track record and be an active leader in the community.
Any path – Except for Satanism, Vampirism, Gothic, Etc…
Non-Pagan / Wiccan faiths.
A signed, two page nomination history and story as to why you believe this person to be
A leader within the Pagan / Wiccan community must be sent to our office.
Contact information of anyone who could have information as to the claims made.
An investigation will be conducted into the claims made and a decision will be made by the board of; Lady of the
All nominations must be in by October 31st, of each year to allow us time to investigate and make the decision and notify all recipients of the findings if pick to be an Award winner.
We will only Award six (6) people per year.
A leader is someone who gets involved and works hard to make a change in this community by action. “Teaching, motivating others, Running events,” and most of all,
Working with other organizations in our community.
There will be no exceptions to these conditions !
